Nutrigenomics

Aim:

To search for new dietary markers relating to dietary and physical exposures and to metabolic change (NND compared to the ADD) during the 6-month supermarket intervention.

 

Milestones:

  • Collection of biological material.
  • Analysis of samples by metabolomics.
  • Identification of markers and biological interpretation.
  • Reporting back to other WPs and planning for WP 5.
  • Establishment of procedures and rules for biobank.
  • Storage of biobank samples.
