WP 3B: Social and cultural aspects of controlled intervention trials

Aim:

To examine the study participants food-related experiences while living on the NND compared to ADD, in order to identify potential problems, barriers or perceived advantages regarding the implementation of these diets in daily life, with particular regard to the procurement, preparation or consumption of food products and dishes, and to meal structures and diet compositions.
