OPUS Centre

The OPUS research project - 'Optimal well-being, development and health for Danish children through a healthy New Nordic Diet'- runs from 2009 till 2013.

 

The main objective is to establish a multi-disciplinary research centre to develop a healthy and palatable new food and eating concept "The New Nordic Diet", and to examine how such a diet can affect mental and physical health.
